I took my car in for the first oil change on my 2026 Chevy traverse. The service was quick and less than an hour. The staff was friendly. The sitting room is very welcoming with coffee, water and it’s dog friendly.

They had my car for 2 weeks at which point I chose to tow it away to be serviced elsewhere. Can’t even use a correct email address to reach out to the customer. I have called and emailed to remove the incorrect email address but am still getting emails.

Your price for oil change is way to high, Let’s take my Ford in for an oil change. They always wash the vehicle before they give it back. You don’t do that for those reasons I won’t be coming back.

The service person that I dealt with was very rude... He was short with his answers and a snobby disposition. I had appt for 2pm.. I didn't get my vehicle back until 3:40 pm. There for just an oil change. I usually don't mind the wait time but Tyler's attitude just didn't bold well with me..

I took my car in to get some bodywork done and they didn’t do a couple of things on the vehicle to make it look original like not painting the mirrors that I asked them to do and fixing a scratch below the molding on driver side door, which I asked them to fix as far as the service work done on the engine they fixed that from what I could tell, I was unable to test drive it because they needed to take the car back and get the bodywork finished. I was scammed by their service department. I had a safety airbag problem that I brought my truck in for. I had hooked up my own OBDII scanner before taking it there. I was hoping to find a code for the safety airbag but I found nothing, nothing at all. When we drove it to Michael Bates the dashboard was clean of any problems, no check engine, nothing. When my wife arrived and pulled into the service bay they plugged in a device to the truck and the check engine light magically turned on and they recorded some random code. ...
